Hi Folks. After perusing this Forum for a couple days it became apparent I need to start weighing my flour, not just measuring. Was looking at different scale options and came across this:
http://www.cookswares.com/individual.asp?n=1031It holds up to 4 cups flour (more than I'd ever do at once), and goes to 1/8 oz, 1 gram accuracy; tare function. Has anyone used this? (I could've sworn I'd seen a thread on scale comparisons, but I can't find it now, big place!) Is 1/8 oz accurate enough? The price is right, and it wouldn't take up counter space the way a traditional scale would.
