Just wanted to stop in here and say hello and THANKS for all of the wonderful info I have taken in lurking these past few weeks. I have been making my own pies for a few weeks now thanks to this forum. I feel sorry for all the local pizza joints that I used to go. I will post some pics I have taken in the NY Style thread as soon as I upload them
