Groen Commercial Electric Oven 1001 - opinions?

Hey folks, I'm looking at 2 different countertop pizza ovens.  I've heard pretty decent things about the first, but this second one, the Groen, I'm unfamiliar with.  It states temps up to 850 degrees, but it does not have seperate top\bottom thermostat controls. 

Has anyone got any experience with the Groen that can shed some light?

I think the top/bottom controls are REALLY important on a countertop oven like this.   I wouldn't buy an oven if it didn't have that, as it would be almost impossible to get an even bake about 550 degrees.
