Bill, I use this free download. Once I have uploaded the picture from my card all I have to do is right click the image and then left click Optimize Here. Done.       http://www.imageoptimizer.net/Pages/Home.aspx

Is your "image optimizer" still working or have you had to switch to something else? I keep getting "encountered problems and has to shut down" got this about 2 weeks ago too when i wanted to post up some new pics.....       Thank you.

Bob, I have had no problems with IO. Perhaps you need to delete it and download again.

Thanks Don, I did that an added the powertoy one and it works very easily too. I still can't edit a pic (zoom) and transfer it to a file without it always going back to the original size. 

Thanks again for your help....hope things are going swimmingly at the new shop!
