Flour Bin

Nice. Does it have a rubber seal?  I didn't know Caputo Pizzeria was avail. in 12# bags.  Is the flour local to you or mail order?  Thanks.

It has these latches that seal and lock so no air gets in. Well they don't make 12# bags but they take the 50# bag and break them down into 12# and sell those. Its from: http://store.brickovenbaker.com/ingredients/antimo-caputo-00-pizzeria-flour
