I'm a new oven owner and have been buying my dough at Trader Joes.  Any suggestions for making my own dough?


Welcome WendyJean - If you go over to the Neapolitan forum section you will find many different threads on dough recipes for high heat ovens, such as your P60. Here is one to start that is simple and uses instant dried yeast (IDY):

WJ what type of oven did you get? yes there are recipes a plenty here! even start with the forno bravo recipe for their dough I used to use that works fine also for starters. Just  keep tyring and keep asking its easier than you think and SO MUCH better than buying!! do you have 00 flour? a digital scale ?
