Digital scale

So im looking at upgrading my digital scale, currently im using a postal scale with a 2g minimum (very annoying when it comes to weighing salt, yeast, sugar).  Right now im looking at the American Weigh SC-2KG http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001RF3XJ2/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller= The price is right (21 bucks shipped), but the auto shutoff feature is holding me back.  Any of you guys have any other recommendations in my price range, or is this about the best I can do for a .1g precision scale?

I think an auto shut off feature is sorta standard on battery operated scales in general, and you are prob stuck dealing with it, at least at this price point.  Maybe higher end, more expensive micro scales allow adjustment and/or disabling of the auto off as my full size scale does, but not sure.  My micro scale also auto offs.
Of more concern to me on this scale is the "1 gram minimum" listed under Features on the American Weigh's website:

Don't like the sound of that.
Here is an alternative at similar price that you might consider and research.  I have purchased 2 scales from this company.  One was only $5 on blow out sale, arrived DOA, and they shipped me out a replacement with no return of the old one or other bs so I applaud their customer service and prices.
