I have spoken to Sebastien at Rocky Mountain several times. He is a very nice guy he has one listed on Ebay right Now. nice fourgrandmere ready to go thre ae videos availabale of that specific oven as well. He also makes casts his own series nice looking oven hearth is also same refractory ?

It should be noted that these ovens don't have the stamps needed for commercial use... at least that's what I found out about a month ago.
