I'm looking for an old post that included detailed pictures on how to modify a Pizza Bella oven to bake at very high temps.

I suggest that you do a Google Custom Search using the search box at the bottom of each page. You might use the keywords Pizza Bella, with or without quotes. There have been a few threads on modifying the Pzza Bella, but I think you will find what you are looking for. If not, come back and tell us.

You really don't need to open it up and mod it.
Just buy a small fan and have it blow on the area where the temp control is. It'll run wide open until you turn off or move the fan.
