Matt - was it placed at the mouth of the oven to extend the cooking time? About how long of a cook is normal for that?

Yes, as close to the mouth as possible to ensure that it cooks thoroughly.  I usually make them last when the fire has died down a bit.  It may be a little tricky in your oven, but you should have no problem.   My suggestion is to let the temp drop to 750-800 with very little or no live fire & let it bake for about 2 minutes.

It's a pulcinella which is a symbolic character in Neapolitan puppetry that has become synonymous with Neapolitan pizza.

Thanks BSO.  Three things were of interest to me.  1)  The stretch method  2)  The stretch it again after on the peel method  3) at 2:50 in the first video the pizza maker gives the nod for pizza maker Jr. to start getting dough balls ready.  He gets them out of the tray and gingerly pre stretches them, just a bit, for pizza maker.  He continues on into video #2.
