This is a small family-owned Italian restaurant that I have been coming to for many years. The pizza is always great, and I was reminded as such this evening when we had a pepperoni and ricotta pie. It is thicker than a NY, but has a slighty chewy, super crispy crust. The toppings are heavy - slices barely stand on their own. The dough is made on site, and has less salt that I prefer, but is obviously HG flour that is mixed extensively. The sauce is chunky tomatoes that taste nice and bright - most likely used straight from a can. I have no idea what the cheese is but you can string it out over a foot. Excellent pizza - I wish I could make this style as good at home.
