DOCG Las Vegas

I'm going to Vegas with my wife for a long weekend.
This looks very good...any experiences ?

It's a little out of the way but it's been great both times I've been!

And not that you asked but if you're into cheessteaks you HAVE to check out Pop's :)

No worries, I hear ya....they do however import the Amoroso rolls :)

I also forgot to mention that for a greasy NY style that the locals love you can try Metro Pizza and Grimaldi's also has a location in town.  Spago was good too!
