My thoughts on new aluminum pizza pans!
I have found that one needs to scrub with a water soap mix and dry them, coat with oil and bake the new pans! Bake till the oil is a solid film! 475 plus for 30 min.
Why? If you do not season the new pans you will be consuming aluminum and that’s not good!
If you do not cure aluminum pans they will be giving off high levels of aluminum for some time, so please remember to cure them!!
