Per the new rules of the forum, my name is Brad - I am from the Chicago area (originally the south suburbs - Aurelio's country). I have been making pizza for about a year now based on other forum members' experiments and continue to experiment on my own. I typically alternate a thin crust with high oil content with deep dish pizzas on weekends.
