Ciao y'all!

Please send your very favorite pizza recipe (that you have cook), leaning more to something gourmet.  I only have a handful of these type recipes, but I'd like to get some more to try, many more.  I consider you my test kitchen, if it's your favorite, I'm sure I will love it.  I've recently tried a Caramelized Onion, Gruyere and Thyme pizza that I really liked.  Also, I've tried a Mash Potato pie in New Haven, CT that was awesome so if anyone has a very good recipe for a Mash Potato pie, please send it on.
