Hello, my name is Paul. I live in Michigan, in the Lansing area. I am thinking of starting a pizza food truck business in the next year. After losing my job as a factory shop rat for over 12 years I was given the opportunity to for a new career. I choose to do something I am very passionate about, a career in food. Driven to fullfill my goal of owning my own business I graduated with honors with a degree in restaurant mang. After a few years of hard work I am finally running my own kitchen. I am currently the executive chef/dietary mang. at an assisted living facility. Keeping my goal in mind I am slowly getting closer to my own business.
Pizza is something that I love to eat and make. Pizza has no limits or boundaries and can suite any taste. I feel that key to good pizza is in the crust and then the sky is the limit.
