Hello everyone, I'm Joe, from Blackpool, UK, And I'm massively into cooking.
I've been browsing this forum for a while now, trying to navigate the enormous amount of information on here. Looking forward to asking for advice, once I've read through all of the beginner threads!
I was looking at getting a 25kg bag of caputo flour, but after reading threads saying that it doesn't work well in conventional ovens, i've decided against it. Had a few good results so far, i just wish my oven would go hotter! (only goes to 250C)
