is that a thing? I wonder how the mixture would be. I have a KA bread mix. is it the same process?

Gluten-free formulas seem to rely on gels and starches for dough structure, so I think they don't require mixing beyond what's needed to wet and distribute the ingredients.

No-Glut = No kneed!
There is no glut in Gluten-free so one does not have to kneed it.
