Well hello! I have been looking through the forums here and I am so amazed at the knowledge! I am also now craving pizza.....and as a NYer living in Chicago I really really miss my NY pizza! SO anyhow...I love making pizza at home, and have used standard pizza stones in the past, but I am wanting to venture into using tile or the like in my (gas) oven at home. I will post my questions in a few! Thanks!
