Hi, I'm Steve from Tacoma, WA. I have been a lurker for a while and have learned so much. I am mainly interested in NY and other thin crust pies cooked in a home oven. I have bookmarked many recipes that seem to be what I am looking for.
At the present time I am most interested in setting up my electric oven. It can be set up to 550 and has a top broiler. I have several stones that can be used. Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.
