Hello,
My daughter introduced me to this forum and I have been reading for weeks. I bought a pizza kettle and was quickly overwhelmed with getting pizzas made with charcoal. I have modified to work with gas, similar to the LBE. I have had some good pizza with the "help" of Villa Roma,Pete zza and the rest of the great pizza makers in this forum. I hope to move to great with the help of all of you. Thanks so much for the time and energy to post all this information.
