Today I bought fresh mozzarella at TJ

I've never used fresh mozza before. It seems to be little balls about the size of a quarter in liquid. Whole milk. So how do I put it on the pie?slice,whoie and how much to use on a 14 inch pie. It better be good as it cost 3.50 for 8 ozs. I bake at 500 degrees on a stone. Baking on sunday nite. Thanks Patrick

Dry them in paper towels, and for the home oven cut them in half.

I made my pizza with tj fresh m and the taste was much better than my other cheese. slowly gets better and now to look for high glutten flour. Patrick
