Hi. I'm noodle. I found this site a while back and now I've got a bunch of pizza pans, an assortment of flours, a stand mixer, a food processor, a docker, ... Now every trip to the grocery store involves a search for high quality mozzarella, good pepperoni, and a search for new ingredients to try. Thanks a lot guys.
