what are you guys favorite ny style sauce recipes? i actually get a very tasty ny style sauce using 28 oz hunt's tomatoes with a clove of garlic, half tsp onion powder, half tsp dried thyme, half tsp dried oregano, half tsp. dried basil, half tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and a splash of EVOO. Also, how much of the sauce that the tomatoes are packed in do you include?
