Pizza cutter pan at PizzaTools
« on: June 04, 2011, 07:57:16 AM »
Anyone have experience with this pan:  http://www.pizzatools.com/Cutter_Pans_Perforated/30871/subgrouping.htm

I like my crust kinda thick with a snap to the bottomside and prefer using a bit of olive oil on the pan for added snap.  Use of the olive oil precludes placing the pizza bare onto the fibrament stone, don't you think?
