Been a longtime lurker on this board and finally decided to jump in and contribute. Been making pizza on and off for about a year. Couple years back I was lucky enough to be able to help a couple open their own pizzeria, (Which has, unfortunately, since closed) and have been attempting to create that ever so elusive perfect pizza in my home oven.
I generally stick to a new york style or neo-neapolitan type doughs, huge fan throwing/tossing dough.
I plan on getting pictures up once I stop being lazy... memory cards and cameras *shudder*
