My name is Mike from Atlanta. I found this forum when I was looking for recipes for traditional pizza. I grew up in upstate New York; my mother owned a pizza restaurant so I have been around pizza quite a bit in my youth, but this will be my first attempt at cooking one at home. I like that this forum lists experiences with different items so I can try to get the most reliable ingredients for my first attempt. Thanks to all for sharing their stories.
