My name is Phil, I live in Midland, Michigan, and I'm addicted to pizza.
I have been looking through the forums for some time attempting to perfect my home pizza, I would like to create my own home version of Jet's deep dish someday, but am enjoy the journey getting there with the occasional side trip to New York style. I would like to thank everyone for all the wonderful advice I have received so far and am looking forward to future recipes!
