Hello from Ontario

Hi, I'm Herb from Ontario, Canada. I enjoyed the pizza's while vacationing in Italy and decided to try to make this style at home in my gas oven. If that is possible!  :-D I've been lurking on this forum for a while (a lot of info to sift thru) and now that I've started baking, have many questions which no doubt have been answered here many times before....
