Wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I live in the desert Southwest, love pizza and want to learn how to make it better than I do. Favorite pizza places are, not in order, Pizzaria Bianco in Phoenix, Dough in San Antonio and Cafe Italia in El Paso. I have been using Nicky Giusto's Organic 00 flour right now and love it. Michael
