Hi there,
We have recently relocated to the NW corner of IL and there are no decent pizza joints around. We are used to Gino's East and just love their deep dish pizza. So now I am on a mission to make my own. Just bought a couple of pans, now need ideas on how and what to make. I have really enjoyed reading posts on this site.
