Hey all,
My friends call me Clove and I've loved pizza my whole life, being from NY it's been a staple of my diet since I can remember. Currently, I help run a few NY style pizzeria overseas in New Zealand. In the past Pizzamaking.com has been a great source of information for us whenever not sure of something or need to get opinions about a very industry specific item. Going forward I will continue to check in here from time to time, but will try and help where I can with a few posts of my own.
