Some pure maple syrup on a big ol' stack of blueberry pancakes, with maple-smoked bacon and fried eggs on the side, smothered and covered (gravy, cheese and grilled onions) hash browns and a tall glass of rooibos or green iced tea sparingly sweetened with natural cane sugar.

That's great information on maple syrup. I find it to be too expensive to use in baking, when I can get local honey for a fraction of the cost.
