I only discovered this marvellous site today. I live in the UK -- on an island -- and can't wait to catch up on all the very useful chatter I see here. I think I'll be reading a whole lot more than I'll be posting for a while, but when I have something useful to offer, I shall do so. All I do know for certain right now is that it ain't easy to make a really good pizza in a domestic oven! But I know too that it's not impossible -- not with your collective help! Thanks in advance.
