Sub $1000 Conveyor oven

Anyone have any feedback on this oven?

Looks very tempting for catering large parties.

The footprint is really small. I don't think I can run a 16" through there. Also with open ends and a max temp of ~500 degrees, I wish it had a little higher temp to buffer usage in cold weather.

Buy a convection conveyor oven, NOT a static or radiant oven.  The displacement of heat is 9 to 1.  You will find that you will be able to cook faster and better product.

Lincoln 1301 or 1100 series.

Probably need to buy a used one to fit in your budget; if you are trying to be in the $1K range.
