My order of Ezzo pepperoni just arrived (from PennMac).

I'll post pictures soon, but I wanted to say that this is a very good product. Very meaty with a nice spiciness to it.

I can't find Boar's Head pepperoni... I can find everything else but their pepperoni product!

boars head is good, but I think you will like the ezzo even better.

Boars head has a web site I don't know if they sell from it. I cant get Ezzo localy I'll have to order some. 1 more l@@k, The oven temp was 700deg. It was cooked on a stone I use the pizza sheet to cut & keep warm on.

Here's another great sausage, It's Andouille made right here in Louisiana it is extra smoked & extra seasoned not hot seasoned It has garlic & some makers put green onions in it. As you can see compaired to a local brand it has a darker color from the extra smoke. If you can find it get it. You won't buy regular unleaded sasage again. Also is pic's of last nights Andouille & pepperoni pizza as well as my sauce. I think you can mail order just about any cajun foods. Bond
