Here's another great sausage, It's Andouille made right here in Louisiana it is extra smoked & extra seasoned not hot seasoned It has garlic & some makers put green onions in it. As you can see compaired to a local brand it has a darker color from the extra smoke. If you can find it get it. You won't buy regular unleaded sasage again.
