I live in Chicago and picked up some Chellino Scamorza cheese. Any one ever tried this stuff?

I did use it many times and it is very like mozzarella. At one point, maybe, 20 years ago, I understand that a lot of pizza joints in Chicago used it alone or mixed with mozzarella. You won't be unhappy.
