I have tried it (with the exception of a KitchenAid, and I didn't use his sauce).  Actually that's where I got my dough recipe from, but I don't make it exactly like he does.  The dough is pretty good though.  

Have you ever tried any of his recipes/techniques?

Strangely enough I love his show and have tried used and kept many of his recipes, just never the pizza one.

That's cool. I love the show too and I make a lot of the stuff I've seen on there.  My favorites are brined turkey and "choice rib" (since I can't afford prime  :()  I have most of the episodes recorded.

I also enjoy Alton’s programs  From his Pizza program I took his method of using wet hands to shape the dough balls, a method also used by Peter Reinhart.  He lives here in Georgia.
