Thanks Shaun, I have huh?  I started out wanting to learn about Q'n and got lost in pizza somehow.  Here's a picture of my Primo's final resting place, right next to his brother, the WFO.

Pizza Pirate, I'm glad you have enjoyed the threads.   ;D  Thank you for the tip on the Italian Chestnut honey.  Next time I visit my local italian deli, I'll inquire about it.

Shaun, I made some hot grilled char siu wings smoked with Oak wood in the Primo the other day.  They were pretty good.   ;)  Are you still doing much pizza these days?

Jason - Thanks for saying "Hi" and that I have inspired you.  Made my day and I appreciate that.   My day off today and doing some more dough tests.  Testing a few 00 normal hydration doughs to be cooked in the LBE tonight sometime.  I'll post up the pics if I learn something new.

Bill I have been so busy lately so not posting as much.  These are a few from last weekend's pizza party.

I'll  be baking in the WFO tomorrow and will throw up some pics as well.

Pies look great.  So pillowy.  Love the color the cold hydration gives 'em.  Got a few of my own in the fridge I can't wait to make.
