Another Floridian

Hi everyone, 
Another pizza lover from Florida. My  pizza making madness started  after a trip to New York a few years ago .  After eating the pizza there  and coming back home my daughter and I started  trying out all the pizza places within driving distance from our house and could find nothing that compared to NY.

I started tryng different  recipes using different flours ,liquids, tomatoes  and  stones  and finally came up with our favorite (so far)  but I'm always open to trying more so I look forward to being on this board.

My husbands co-workers have dubbed me MommaG and just about every week Hubbie will pick 2 to come for lunch and  theres always a wait list but sometimes I'll deliver to his work.

There's like a half dozen of them in Orlando. The one I have gone to is on Universal Blvd.
