Hi I've been trying to enter forum but had some problems. I am slow with use of comp. I love pizza as I was born in white plains ny. My skills as a pizza maker got side tracked when I found The Fresh Loaf site and started making sd Italian bread . That was 3 years ago. But I now understand my oven,yeast ,temp,hydration better. Now my pizza is improoving with all the info. here. so thanks and i will post Q when I am aware of them. Thanks to all that share their info and passion. Patrick
