Hi I'm a new member, Debbthebee (I'm a beekeeper as well as a cook/pizza lover), and recently found and used the recipe on this site for Numero Uno's pizza dough. It was a roaring success with my 3 teenagers and my husband and I can say with certainty that it came extremely close to the pizza I remember loving from the aforementioned restaurants in the San Fernando Valley, Ca. We will definitely be making it again soon since I can feel a deep dish pizza craving coming on just typing this posting LOL.
