I do Andre. They work great. I use the bottom  for the panetti & the top as a tray to carry everything outside.

Yes, I have them as well - 3 plus a lid. They are very sturdy and clean up easily. They also stand up to the metal scraper I use to get the dough out during service.

i have those too Andre. you'll like them.  i also have a couple of the 1/2 size that are handy sometimes and also fit in my fridge.

what size you guys have?? the 3 or 6 inch tall box?? this is for neapolitan dough balls...

3" should be fine Andre thats the standard dough box The  neapolitan dont blow up that much
