Caputo OO in Ohio?

Is there anyone on this forum that knows where Caputo 00 can be found in Ohio?

There is a list of distributors of the Caputo 00 flour at http://fornobravo.com/brick_oven_cooking/pizza_ingredients/caputo_distributors.html, however, I didn't see Ohio on the list. Maybe an adjoining state distributor can ship you some. If so, you might want to see what the minimum quantity/dollar limit is, if any.

The Caputo 00 is sold online at chefswarehouse.com and also at pennmac.com (see the Pizza Makers tab). PennMac just recently started selling the flour (repackaged) in smaller bags. That's a good way to try out the flour to see if you like it well enough before going to the larger bags.

I think that pennmac has the best pricing. The shipping charges are a little high on the 5# bags unless you purchase 5 or more.  I guess I'll try them.
