Rotating arm fell off KA?

Anyone ever have the rotating arm fall off?  My wife was using the spade to mix bread dough again

I don't see anything broken - it almost looks like it is just pressed on?.  I just put it back... am I good to go? ;)

I'm not sure what you mean by rotating arm. Perhaps you could post a picture to make it clearer.
