Hello all, my name is Josh.

I've been making my own pizza's in my house for a few years now, without any direction or help.  I must say that I feel that I have done a good job... but reading these forums for a couple months... maybe haven't done such a good job. ???  Particularly interested it dough experimentation.  Nice to be here.

Welcome Josh.  Learning about pizza becomes a never ending process of refinement.
