Hello everyone.  I live north of Indianapolis and therefore have little to no chance of going to a store and getting 00 flour for past or crust.  My family and I enjoy creating personal pizzas on our Weber grill.  We made a ten day visit to pizza mecca (Rome to Venice) in March and sampled all the regional versions.  My intention with joining this group is to learn and modify our pizza creations from all the worldwide creativity collective.

If you're looking for BIG bags of Caputo (55lb) check  pricing is OK but $hipping get$ expen$ive. 

You'll need to do some mods to that Weber though I think to get the 00 to do what you want.
