Hey,

Im about to buy or make a wood fire oven (feu de bois as i know it) ..  and im looking for techniques, recipes ect.  i have spent a lot of time in france/switzerland, and a bit of time in italy.  and since ive been back in canada, i've yet to have anything that matches the pizza there.  so i figured id try it out myself.  also looking for a proper 'piquant' sauce recipe.  basically the oil/chili/herb thing they have in every pizzeria over there....  im prety much obsessed with chili, and pizza :)
