I've always been a pizza lover, but have just recently begun to make and bake my own. I purchased a large rectangular pizza stone and a peel. I have been experimenting with recipes found on different web sites, with moderate success. I just stumbled upon this forum and was very pleased by the thoughtful and helpful advice offered by so many knowledgable folks.Soooooo, I signed up and am anxious to begin new adventures in pizza land!
