It's a pleasure to be here. I'm Peter, and I live in Fond du Lac, WI. I've lived in Chicago, Hamburg, St. Andrews, and a couple of other places. My favorite pizza is Edwardo's stuffed pizza, although I enjoy most types. I've been making pizza for many years, and I mainly make neo-Neapolitan style pizzas, as they are very fast to make. I usually have dough fermenting in my fridge based on the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes" recipe, and that's usually what I use. I occasionally make stuffed pizza--In fact, I'm making one tonight--but I've never made one as good as Eduardo's.
